Emergency Service Disclaimers

Emergency Service Disclaimers

Last Updated: 2025

Falcon Peak Site Logistics, LLC (“Falcon Peak”) provides mobile printing, clerical support, and logistics services that often operate in unpredictable, high-pressure environments. The purpose of this page is to outline important limitations, safety considerations, and operational disclaimers related to emergency-response deployments.

1. No Guaranteed Response Time

While Falcon Peak strives to respond rapidly to emergency requests, actual deployment times depend on factors outside our control, including:

  • Road closures or hazardous travel conditions

  • Weather delays

  • Incident command restrictions

  • Staffing and resource allocation

  • Access permissions to federal or state-managed incidents

We do not guarantee same-day or immediate deployments unless specified contractually.

2. Service Availability During Emergencies

Emergency incidents—including wildfires, floods, hurricanes, and other disasters—may restrict the availability of:

  • Certain equipment

  • Specific staff roles

  • Mobile units

  • Replacement supplies

Services may be adjusted or limited based on safety, feasibility, or incident command requirements.

3. Environmental & Safety Restrictions

Falcon Peak reserves the right to decline or delay deployment if conditions are deemed unsafe, including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Hazardous material exposure

  • Active fire perimeters

  • Unstable terrain

  • Areas closed by authorities

Crew safety and compliance with federal/state guidelines will always take priority.

4. Operational Dependence on Incident Command

During emergency deployments, Falcon Peak operates under the direction of incident command or authorized officials.
This means:

  • Work locations may be changed without notice

  • Schedules may fluctuate

  • Access may be restricted or revoked

  • Equipment use may be prioritized based on command needs

Falcon Peak does not control these decisions.

5. Limited Connectivity

Internet and communication availability during emergencies may be unreliable or intermittent.
This may affect:

  • Printing speeds

  • Transmission of documents

  • Software-dependent workflows

Falcon Peak will make reasonable efforts to maintain connectivity, but cannot guarantee stability.

6. Document Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the content of all documents printed or produced during deployments.
Falcon Peak does not review, edit, or verify document accuracy, legal compliance, or confidentiality.

7. No Warranty of Results

Due to the variable nature of emergency operations, Falcon Peak cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime

  • Specific print volumes

  • Exact turnaround times

  • Access to all requested equipment

We commit to doing everything reasonably possible within operational conditions.
