Falcon Peak does not guarantee immediate deployment unless stated in a signed agreement.

3. Use of Mobile Units & Equipment

Clients must use equipment responsibly and comply with all operational instructions. Falcon Peak reserves the right to restrict or remove equipment if improper use is identified.

Clients agree not to use equipment for unlawful, classified, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

All services are billed according to the terms specified in the service agreement or proposal.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur fees or service interruption.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation fees may apply depending on proximity to deployment time, travel already executed, or resources allocated.
Schedule changes must be confirmed by Falcon Peak staff and may affect pricing.

6. Safety & Operational Limitations

Falcon Peak reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel deployments due to:

Unsafe conditions
Government restrictions
Equipment failure
Natural disasters
Environmental hazards

Safety considerations take priority over operational timelines.

7. Liability

Falcon Peak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or operational challenges beyond our control.

Client assumes responsibility for documents printed or produced on-site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Falcon Peak. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Modifications
